Taught by Julia Daniel, an eastern North Carolina native and graduate of the Cayce Riley School of Massage, as well as the Asheville Yoga Center and the Pilates Certification Center, Morning Beach Yoga helps you to channel your energies through flows and postures, invigorating your mind and body.   Offered Mondays and Fridays from 7 to 8 am, Sea Ranch Resort’s Morning Beach Yoga is a great way to wake up and begin your Outer Banks vacation.  With easy to learn breathing and relaxation techniques, your body will thank you as you limber up for your Outer Banks vacation experience.  You’ll begin the day fresh and tranquil, ready to embrace all of the sight-seeing and thrills that North Carolina’s famous coastline has to offer!

Morning Beach Yoga is open to all Sea Ranch Resort guests, whether you’re experienced in the forms or a new comer, or just curious.  All are welcome to come and participate, or even observe if you’ve always had the curiosity to embrace a more centered and active way to start the day.
