OBX Beachside Bistro Represents The Sea Ranch Resort At 3rd Annual Chili Cook-Off

Executive Chef Sam Larson and his team from The OBX Beachside Bistro will be participating in this year’s Striper’s Bar and Grille Chili Cook Off. It is the third annual chili cook off, and we are excited to be a part of it! As we mentioned in our last article, the spring event season is fast approaching, and it seems that each year, more and more great events are being produced here on the Outer Banks of NC. Make sure you get ready to warm yourself up with some highly sought after chili from some of our local Chefs.
A portion of the proceeds will go to the Outer Banks Children @ Play Museum. If are you aren’t familiar with the facility, it is a STEAM (Science-Technology-Engineering-Arts-Math) interactive museum designed for families to learn and grow together.

Striper’s Chill Cook Off has been very well received, and we think this year will be better than ever.
The OBX Beachside Bistro will be open for business again for Valentine’s Day Weekend (Feb. 13), serving a VERY SPECIAL special menu. We are also offering a romantic Valentine’s Day Special for those who would like to celebrate all weekend.
We invite you to join us this year eating great Chilli at the 3rd Annual Chili Cook-off, enjoying our community, and raising money for a great family-oriented facility!
