Lodging Policies

Check-in and Check-out

• Hotel Guest Rooms
  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM; Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Condos
  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM; Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Must be at least 21 years old to check-in. Matching photo ID and valid credit card are required.
• Full balance of payment is due at check-in along with an authorization for incidentals. Unused authorization will be released upon check-out but averages 5-10 days to be released by the guest’s bank.

Advance Deposits

• In general, reservations require a deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax in order to hold and confirm requested dates and accommodations.
• Prepaid and non-refundable reservations require full payment at the time of booking.
• Reservation changes may result in changes to rates, deposit requirements and cancellation terms.

Cancellation Policies

Unless otherwise stated, reservations are cancellable by 4:00 pm 2 days prior to arrival. If your reservation was made as part of a promotion or special rate, it may carry more restrictive or no-cancellation policies. Prepaid, non-refundable rates cannot be changed, transferred or refunded. Please see your reservation confirmation for details.

Payment

We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted.

Room Rates

All rates are per room, per night, double occupancy, and are subject to NC rooms & Occupancy tax (currently 12.75%). Up to 3 children under 18 @ No Charge, Age 18 and over $10.00 per night, per person.

Oceanfront Restaurant

We invite you to join us at our on-site, oceanfront restaurant Beachside Bistro. Days and hours vary by season. If you plan to join us in the restaurant, please inquire about hours while making your room reservations or click here for the the most current information on hours and menus.

Pets

We offer a limited number of pet friendly rooms. If you are planning on visiting with your dog, please click to review our pet policy which pertains to dogs only — no other pets are permitted. Service animals are not considered pets.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Sea Ranch Resort.

No Elevator in Main Building

Due to the historic nature of our property, there is no elevator located in our main building. If climbing stairs is a challenge, we do have accommodations available on the first floor of our main building. Our Oceanfront Guest Rooms & Oceanfront Condos have elevator access.
